Marmite Wholesale Terms & Conditions
1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

The minimum order for wholesale is 600 units per SKU.

Orders below this quantity may not be accepted.
2. Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)

The Minimum Advertised Price is $4000 per order value.

Resellers must adhere to the MAP guidelines; violating MAP may result in suspension of wholesale privileges.
3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are EXW (Ex Works) from the US warehouse.

Payment must be made in USD.

Accepted payment methods: Wire Transfer, PayPal, or other agreed-upon methods.

Orders will only be processed after full payment confirmation.
4. Shipping & Labeling

Shipping cost is borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

FNSKU or product labels must be applied as per Amazon requirements (if applicable).

Buyer is responsible for shipping from our warehouse to the final destination.
5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.

Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos.

Refunds or replacements will be handled case-by-case.
6. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.

Buyer must provide all necessary information including shipping address, contact, and any special instructions.
7. Cancellation & Modifications

Orders cannot be canceled once payment is confirmed.

Any modification requests must be submitted prior to payment.
8. Compliance & Verification

All wholesale partners must provide business registration details and, if required, reseller certificates.

Failure to provide valid documentation may result in order rejection.
9. Liability & Legal

Marmite and its authorized distributors are not liable for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or any third-party issues.

All disputes will be governed under US commercial law.
10. Confidentiality

Pricing and wholesale terms are confidential and must not be shared publicly.
